Exchanges

We only replace physical items (books) if they are defective or damaged. If you have an issue please send us an email.

Pocket guides, booklets, plans, and classes are intended for personal use only; any other use — including for group presentations, handouts, transcribing, or other public dissemination — is expressly prohibited. Further use agreements and restrictions may be listed on each product page which pertain specifically to that product. If you have technical issues we ask you to first check all email inbox and spam folders, as well as your download or file folders on your device.
