For 10 months out of the year Prairie Upping will meet on Zoom for one hour. Usually the first Tuesday afternoon of the month (yes, it’s also recorded).
Benjamin may present on requested topics, or we’ll leap into general Q&A for Benjamin while using the chat feature to talk with one another.
Where do I login in to access recordings or manage my subscription?
Up top in the website header — click on the “login” tab.
Can I watch previous events even if I subscribe in the middle of the calendar year?
Yes you can. Just log in and view. Recordings reset every January 1 (you have until December 31 to watch that calendar year’s recordings). Please write down your password and login ID you set up at checkout for safekeeping.
When will recordings be posted inside the membership / subscription access portal?
Hopefully, in about 24 hours. We reserve the right to extend that a few days. (Zoom will also send a recording link 24 hours post-event if that’s more your jam.)
Will I be sent event reminders each month?
Yes, via Zoom. Check your spam and all inbox folders. Zoom will send reminders 1 day and 1 hour before each event.
Will event dates ever be changed on the fly?
They could be, and we reserve the right to do so. Zoom will send you an updated email with the new date and time for any monthly meeting that might change. (We could change a date due to illness or travel, for example.)
How do I set up my login ID and password?
You will be able to set your login ID and password at checkout. You will receive an email with instructions upon purchase. Check your spam and all inbox folders.
Will I be sent subscription due date reminders?
Yes. Prior to expiration as well as prior to re-upping (auto subscribe). So if you are on either the annual or monthly plan you will get reminders before you are charged payment.
Can I ask Benjamin ANYTHING during each hour-long event?
Everything but THAT one thing.

How candid can I expect Benjamin to be?

By enrolling in the Prairie Upping subscription you agree that Prairie Up LLC can decide to end the service at any time without prior notice. If the service ends during a payment period, no refunds will be issued. You agree to hold harmless Prairie Up LLC in the event of subscription service ending at any time.
